Day 1 Date 2nd April’2010
Throughout my journey though I didn’t shed a single drop of tear, yet, I was extremely grief-stricken for the separation from my family. Reached Delhi early in the morning at half past six and I safely landed with my heavy baggage and my extremely happy sister to my cousin’s place. Though the city seems to be extremely mesmerizing giving the very appearance of a perfect metropolitan city, yet there seems to be a glitch in the warmth that we usually feel when we reach certain places or the way we feel when we are into the place where we actually belong to. After all, I wasn’t here to enjoy the pleasures that the city had to offer. I’m here for a far more demanding and a challenging task and responsibility.
The task which seemed to be a cake to cut ever since it was thought of being performed is now appearing to be like selling ice to Eskimos. Life and moreover, survival seems to be profoundly tough here at Delhi. Especially, when you are piled up with a good number of both monetary and non-monetary responsibilities. And that is why the ordeal of getting a good paid job seems to be a never-ending process.
Day 2 Date 3rd April’2010
The quest is ever painstaking and encompasses a lot more considerations that I had actually thought of. Sometimes the payout is the consideration that is alarming, the other times they are the qualifications, criterion and experiences that frighten me or stop me from making it to the prospective company. Times were there when I used to be extremely contented about my communicating skills, my experience and almost the professional qualities that I had in me when I was there in Allahabad. The situation seems to be absolutely reverse here in Delhi like I said earlier. On the 2nd I was through with the entire interview process of Barclays’ but refused as the salary package was 14, then today it was due to my inability to get through with the voice and accent round of interview of American Express which came out to be a hindrance for making it to the company and being able to shell out a salary of 23+ k.
Obviously you cant stop yourself from trying for things just for the fear of rejection, but it is because once you are rejected, it starts compelling you to feel being at the end of the world. It is for the reason of being rejected that you start feeling as if all doors are closed. There were times when I used to be confident before the interview even started that I would be selected. But now I find myself wondering whether I can really make it or not. So much so, that I’m intensely afraid of going for another interview.
Day 3 Date 4th April’2010
Being a Sunday, I hardly did anything to succeed in my quest of getting a good paid job other than worrying all the time for how to get one. Felt like taking a break from the painstaking process even though the time period spent on this was merely two days. However, I did what I felt like doing with the clutter of worries for getting a good paid (you better get it right for it is “good paid”) job alarming me every time. Though life seemed to be hell at the very same time but then I anyhow had to carry on with living my life as there was not a single valid reason why I should give up.

Discarding the Absurd Question "Who Has Seen God"
As regards God or demon one is lead to ask the pertinent question as to who, what, where, and why there is God. Similarly one may ask if god is the creator, so what are the basic and fundamental things required for creation. The science says there are four factors responsible for creation:-
1. Gravity
2. Electromagnetism
3. the strong force which attracts the atoms
4. the weak force which causes disintegration
The above factors are responsible for the creation of materials viz. solid, liquid and gas. Electromagnetism is the force which has created life form viz. bacterium, man to mammoth by the natural process of evolution. In my opinion it is absurd to ask the question has anyone seen God or why the God is not visible. Obviously God is the matter of faith only and humans who have the largest capacity of brain as compared to other animals has created the word like God etc. God does exist in one's own heart and not in any other form viz. temple, mosque church or worship of idols in innumerable forms. Other than humans no other life form has the concept of God or demon. Why? This shows human being the craftiest animal on this planet has coined the word god or demon for commercial benefits. That’s why there are innumerable religions and religious rituals. The fight over diversified faiths exists in human beings. Humans and all other forms of life struggle for existence in their own respective ways. Creation and destruction, life and death, light and darkness, or positive and negative factors are natural phenomena which are futile to brood over. There is no life on Moon, why?
As written by my honored grandfather Mr. Gopal Das Sahu in reply to the mail of one of his fast friends Mr. Gordon Rodricks.

Medical Policy Software- Catering Your Hospital Requirements
A number of causes exist due to which a hospital may require to spend in medical policy software. The one most common reason cited by a number of hospitals is of the mismanagement of the daily operations of the hospital such as billing, management of the appointments with patients etc which can be very easily managed by means of proper medical policy software.
Some of the very important tasks which can be made to manage with the help of effective medical policy software are as follows:
• Permission of accessing the system simultaneously by different staff members
• Checking insurance policies
• Elective web sync facet
Certainly, medical policy software can be quipped with a number of other helpful attributes. However aforesaid facets are the chief ones that would aid you in better management of the operations of the hospital. Just the once you begin with it, you would find yourself wondering that how you had managed in the past when it wasn’t there!

I Hate Love

“Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love.”

Love by Chance

You call it love at first sight? Well I say it was love by chance. What makes me narrating my love story so publicly is brushed aside. It is just that was waiting for the right mood to set in you know! The subject that grabs more interest of anybody towards itself is that what kept us bonded soul to soul just for a period of a year. (Though for me the period it is still lifelong like as you get a lifetime validity for just Rs.99 for your mobile phones and lo!!! you stay connected for the rest of your lives).
For me my Mr. Right was at first (when got to know him very little) was one of those who were very less noticed or cared for by me if truth is to be told. But it stroke me somewhere that this person has a crush on me which I got to gather through his manner of vision (and boy!!! How I still love that). Time flew away just like that by having eye communications till the time we got to converse with each other willingly or unwillingly.
I still remember that fine afternoon of winters after a busy party night of the founder’s day of my organization. I was chatting with some of my dearest friends and colleagues in the lawn of my previous office and he was also accompanying them. I don’t know what made us both and specially him to start-up first just to make me understand that it’s all about staying myself answering the question which I don’t remember (and I dare to accept that I’ve forgotten the special question asked to me by a couple of friends). For the very first time I felt that he is handsome and looks dashing in his full-sleeves grayish shirt. Though still, I couldn’t gather all those guts at that time to tell him this. It was after this that we came into conversation, exchanged numbers and thereafter a number of things such as are views, messages, likes, dislikes which are apparently necessary to get into a relationship or were we just heading off to something else?
Anyways, what we both were up to is still something of a mystery. But there was one more thing which kept the thrill of getting into a relationship more exciting. And that was that none of us was ready to tell each other that we were in love with each other. Finally on the chilly evening on 23rd March’ 2007 I surrendered and opened my heart out to him being sure of the thing that he won’t refuse the proposal. And lo! The same happened. He opened his heart out to me and the whole world started seeming more of a paradise to me. I started feeling as if I’m flying, I’m on the top of the world, and I’m the happiest person on earth and a number of things like these.
So this is how love struck its chords with me by chance and still I hear and feel the music of love even after one year of my break-up with him. For me, he’s there in my heart every moment. Not a single moment passes without a thought of him and that is how I love him.

Dad
As I walk in the rain,
I feel the pain,
That Dad unhanded my finger,
For alone to linger.
Didn’t he have the faith?
That I would be always
With him forever,
Come what may be, no matter.
But I was left crying.
Seeing him departing.
He said “Honey I’m With You
In everything you do,
But listen to me carefully,
You would be nice to Mom, promise me.
Promise me that you would take care of your younger sister,
And never let her brood for anything further,
I promised him this holding his hand again tight,
But realized it was a dream last night.

That Dad unhanded my finger,
For alone to linger.
Didn’t he have the faith?

With him forever,

Does God Exist
The assertions of Men of Faith about "since no one has ever observed the process of Evolution at work and thereby can not even prove that this process is an on going endeavor" is in itself an answer to the big question of Existence of God. The process of evolution is a hard Fact whereas the Existence of God is a matter of Faith only. Fact is fool-proof whereas Faith may be a fallacy.
The earliest theoretical attempts to describe ad explain the universe, involved the idea that events and natural phenomena were controlled by spirits with human emotions who acted in a very human like and unpredictable manner. These spirits inhabited natural objects like rivers and mountains, the celestial bodies, like the sun and the moon. They had to be placated and their favors sought in order to ensure the fertility of the soil and the rotation of the seasons. From savage to the civilized, the sun and the moon might still be Gods, but they were Gods who obeyed strict laws without any exception. They always rose in the east and set in the west whether or not sacrifices have been made to the Sun God.
The process of evolution is not observable in one's lifetime, which takes millions of years in Nature to its foot prints in the bowels of the earth. This is being uncovered by the scientific fraternity in the modern era, with the aid of the development of proper tools and labs. Men of Faith have erected millions of Temples, Mosques and Churches throughout the world but have failed to prove the existence of God or his abode. Here amusingly, a question props up, " whether God created Man or Man created God ."
Not to elaborate further on the subject in hand, the entire humanity would be profited if someones provides the answer as to what did God do before He created the universe.
